Nicholas is the Deputy-Editor of Penguin News - the national newspaper of the Falkland Islands; editor of The Falkland Islands Association Newsletter, and is available as a freelance journalist and writer for hire.

Nicholas has written on matters of business, tourism, environment and local events, and delivers opinions regularly through the weekly editorial column of Penguin News. During freelance work Nicholas has written for The Sunday Times, Ars Technica, a number of online music magazines, and has consulted as a Falklands Journalist and knowledgeable source for TV and print productions across the world.
